Property Logomarks
Background
The Property Logomarks project is a collection of 40 select unique logomarks from the hundreds of identity systems I designed for various clients of Cushman & Wakefield in the Bay Area and some other cities. The logos were designed for renowned properties/buildings such as 101 Cal, 345 Cal, Gateway Station, and Tribune Tower buildings in Oakland, San Jose, and San Francisco.
Process and Challenges
The typical process for project would begin with a creative brief, discussion with the brokers, followed by a strategy session and a questionnaire to understand the project goals. Each project would come with on its on set of challenges but generally it was to create distinctive and memorable logos that would resonate with the target audience and aid in marketing the properties.
